A bit of triva that I heard on the Catholic Foodie Podcast and blog from this week: there are some people who are not Catholic/Christian who still observe lent, or at least receive ashes.
And, I heard on Ash Wednesday that at train stations there were people (assuming clergy) distributing ashes--post a comment to share you thoughts with this!
